BIM design for residential and commercial complexes

Architector.Tech runs the full BIM design cycle for developers: architectural, structural and engineering sections. We build 3D models of every building system with automatic clash detection, so errors surface before work reaches the site rather than during construction.

Coordinating all sections in a single information model removes the contradictions between design decisions — the very things that turn into downtime and rework on site. We work in Revit, ArchiCAD and Tekla; the model then serves as the basis for 4D construction planning and 5D cost calculation.
