Architector.Tech designs schools, universities, kindergartens and campuses in line with educational standards, sanitary regulations and fire safety codes. We create spaces that are good to learn in, safe for children and comfortable for teachers.

The designs include classroom layouts with sufficient daylight, laboratories and multimedia lecture rooms, break-out areas and sports facilities. A BIM model allows ventilation, heating and air conditioning to be calculated precisely — and it is those systems that determine the air children breathe all day.

What we account for

An educational building is not judged by construction codes alone: it has its own sanitary, fire safety and evacuation logic, and its layout has to survive the peak flows of a school break. We prepare documentation ready for state expert review and support it through to approval.
